Our commitment to the client care is the reason for establishing the Support Services Center within Nahjtech. The Support Services Center provides technical support to our clients 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Long-term relations we develop with our clients clearly show how our technical support meets successfully their needs.

The Center receives, analyses and forwards clients requests and then monitor them to the end of the process. We provide technical support through different communication channels, aiming to enable the easiest and fastest ways to help our clients. Our support engineers are ready to perform on-site support, remote diagnostics and in-depth technical advice.

The Center is divided by its main functions:
  • The group for the server maintenance and support
  • The group for the PC maintenance and support
  • The group for the network equipment maintenance and support
  • The group for the audio and video systems maintenance and support
  • The group for the complex support to the clients
