     Schedule

         Schedule resources for the installation program in line with project schedule and 

         subsequent update agreed by the parties.

     Site Survey

         In preparation for equipment installation, a Site survey of the Site locations will be 

         required. The purpose of the survey is to determine the environmental and

         physical requirements of the equipment and obtain agreement for the location of

         the equipment and associated facilities. This is achieved by accurately defining

         Customer detailed building/Site specific requirements such as Alarms,

         Accommodation, Cable routes and equipment locations, Access, Health & safety  

         issues, Local services, Iron works, Power & grounding and Availability of existing

         distribution frames.

     Installation and commissioning

         Installation activity includes securing cables and installing all hardware that has

         been provisioned for the network. Site-specific installation manuals will be

         produced under the installation planning/engineering sub-projects.

  Network integration & Acceptance

        Integration is consisting on interconnection of Network element (NE) and    

        connection of NE to the management system.

        Nahj provides support to:

          »  Optical Measurement at ODF and/or card level.

          »   Looping back card and port as required.

          »  Alarm generation.

          »  Test equipment configuration, test execution and removal of equipment.

          »  Correction of remaining issue (installation or commissioning data fill)

  Training

         Formal training and On the Job Training will be organized to train the engineers  

         that will be performing the installation and commissioning activity.

  Reporting 

        Commissioner and installation team leader reports in different ways about 

        advancement and completion of activity being performed.

  Management of deployment        

        Nahjtech has full and total responsibility over installation and commissioning and   

        integration at Site level in respect to both the technical and scheduling of the work.

  Installation material

        Nahj has available in country a Van Stock to cover default and shortage of 

        installation and commissioning related materials such as for example Screws, lug,

        power cable up to 16mm, tyrap, etc.
